Tamar Ben-Shlomo is a PhD Candidate at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is working as a Research Associate at Belongings. 2019-2022 BA in Education and Sociology and Anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 2022-2024 MA in Sociology and Anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, focusing on anthropology of religion, space and pilgrimage. Her Master's thesis, "Flowing Space, Affective Relations: Exploring Pilgrims and Space in the Camino de Santiago", examined affective relationships between pilgrims, space, and material culture on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. During her MA studies, she worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant for the Departments of Sociology and Anthropology and the Department of Education. Awarded the Rector's Prize and the Dean's Prize four times during her BA and MA studies.
